The Web hosting provider and domain
name registrar HiChina Web Solutions
(www.net.cn) announced on March 16 that
it has reached an agreement with the
domain registrar Web Commerce Communication
Limited (www.WebNIC.cc) to jointly strengthen
their long-term strategic partnerships
to bring innovative technology infrastructure
to the Chinese Internet community.
According to a memorandum of understanding,
Web Commerce Communication (WEBCC),
and its partners SEDO GmbH (www.sedo.com)
and SWsoft (www.sw-soft.com), will
help the development of HiChina in
secondary domain names, Pay-Per-Click
and Web hosting. The memorandum also
covers HiChina plans to deploy SWsoft's
hosting automation software to further
enhance HiChina's product innovation
and operational efficiency. Stan Zhang,
CEO and president of HiChina, and
TK Tan, CEO of WEBCC, signed the memorandum
in Beijing on March 16.
